Acceptance and product inspection

We have a curastometer and a specific gravity meter, and conduct acceptance inspections along with confirmation of test results from material manufacturers.
Dimensional measurement is done by Machines that inspect with images.

 

Material storage room

Materials that have been accepted and passed are managed using QR codes.
Of course, we can also control the expiration date and products to be used.

The entrance and exit are one-way and the door on the exit side can only be opened from the inside. This ensures first in, first out. The temperature is always kept below 30℃ by air conditioning.

 

Formation Engineering

We aim to stabilize the quality of our products by using the same INJ automated molding process as in Japan.
For parts that are manufactured in large quantities, we use the same materials, molds, and equipment as in Japan in order to diversify risk.

The storage area for pre-molded products is strictly first-in, first-out.
 
Lot management: History management by OR code. All data is stored in the cloud and production status can be monitored in Japan.

For the appearance inspection process, we have prepared a dedicated room for thorough identification and management by color. After molding, the products are inspected and packed in a dedicated workroom before being moved to the shipping area.

 

Features of the Vietnam Plant


The high technology cultivated in the Komaki Mother Plant in Japan has been reproduced in the Vietnam Plant to establish it as a global production base.

Specifically, we are building and operating both hardware and software, including molding machines, molds, materials, manufacturing processes, cloud information sharing, and quality control systems.

As a global manufacturing base that serves as the core for mass production, we will continue to make every effort to meet the expectations of our customers.
