❶Managing data in the cloud

 

We have built our own system to centrally manage data related to manufacturing, quality, and products in the cloud.
This enables us to speed up and enhance traceability, and in quality control, when variations occur, we can provide data on when, where, and by whom, as well as make appropriate improvements on site. The data is updated globally in real time, so that accurate information can be shared as a group.

Improved inspection accuracy and stable defect detection.

It can detect minute rubber seal part tears that cannot be detected by the human eye.

 
AI can automatically learn rules about “defects” and reduce quality variations with an inspection method that is closer to human senses.
